Shipping & Return policy
We Ship Globally!
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, with the exception of holidays.
Smaller items are shipped via Standard Registered Post and are typically delivered within 7-15 business days.
Large orders, are shipped via EMS (Express International Airmail), depending on their destinations. Packages shipped via EMS usually arrive within 3-10 business days*.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Customs inspections in the recipient's country, nor are we responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, or sales tax charges you may be charged upon delivery.
To ensure the timely arrival of your packages, please be sure to input the correct mailing address at checkout.
* Shipments to some destinations, including South America and Africa, may take longer than average.
* Every order paid by credit card will be verified by the credit card issuer before we ship it. In case we need further information from the customer we will send a message with additional requested information to verify the payment. If we don't receive a reply within 5 days we will have to cancel the order and send a full refund. We are not responsible for any currency conversion.
Full refund anytime after purchase on new or gently used products.
We offer full refunds, minus the cost of shipping, only for products that have returned to us completely sealed or gently used within 30 days from the date you received the package. To initiate the refund process, please be in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it, once we receive it back, as per the conditions outlined above.
