Worldwide Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, with the exception of holidays.
Smaller items, such as Argan Miraculous Oil Travel Bag Edition, are shipped via Standard Registered Post and are typically delivered within 7-15 business days. Large orders, including kits are shipped via DHL or EMS (Express International Airmail), depending on their destinations. Packages shipped via DHL or EMS usually arrive within 3-10 business days*. To ensure the timely arrival of your packages, please be sure to fill in the correct mailing address at checkout.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.
ArganDew is not responsible for any Customs or Import duties incurred upon the arrival of the package to your country, or for any delays caused by Customs inspections.
*Shipments to some destinations, including South America and Africa, may take longer than average.
Every order paid by credit card will be verified by the credit card issuer before we ship it. In case we need further information from the customer we will send a message with additional requested information to verify the payment.
