The following User Agreement & Terms of Service detailed below state the Agreement you enter into with us upon use of www.argandew.com, referred to as the "Site" from here onward. Your visit to this Site and purchase of any product binds you to the following Terms and Conditions set forth. We reserve the right to change the Terms of this Agreement at any time without notifying you. Please read through the following User Agreement & Terms of Service before using the Site: 

Cancellation

If you have placed an order on the Site and want to cancel it, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of completing the order, as we usually process orders and ship them as soon as they come in. Processing time can vary between 1 - 2 business days, depending on the time of day at which the order is completed, and the day of the week on which the order is placed.

Return Policy

Full refund anytime after purchase on new or gently used products.

We offer full refunds, minus the cost of shipping, only for products that have returned to us completely sealed or gently used within 30 days from the date you received the package. To initiate the refund process, please be in touch with us at contact@argandew.com .

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us.

If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it, once we receive it back, as per the conditions outlined above.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Customs inspections in the recipient's country, nor are we responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, or sales tax fees you may be charged upon delivery.
